Julie Insogna-Jarrett is living her dream teaching cycling at Prime Cycle in Hoboken. A passionate rider for many years, she turned her cycling dreams into a reality when she started instructing at Prime Cycle and shortly after became a partner in the business. Her upbeat and energetic personality is what makes her cycling class a hit. Take a class in her popular “Party on a Bike” ride and you will find yourself pushing yourself to the limits while also having fun (and possibly a little crying during her infamous “towel” routine). In her spare time, she also owns one of New York’s most successful TV and film companies.
Alexa is a former 9-year National Team gymnast who loves to dance and have fun; but what Jersey girl doesn't? She attended college at Indiana University, where she studied Kinesiology and Exercise Science, however after graduation, Jersey pulled her back home. Her passion for fitness guarantees a strenuous workout while her high-spirited personality makes for a fun ride! She enjoys sharing her love of music with her classes, and will guide you to "catch the beat" while you pedal the miles and calories away. Get ready to experience her go-getter attitude, which will make you feel more motived than ever! While not at Prime, Alexa is an elementary school teacher for physical education and health. Nicole has always had a passion for fitness and lived a very healthy and active lifestyle. In preparation for her wedding, Nicole used cycling to get herself in shape for her big day and developed a love for it that has continued ever since, most recently, helping her back to pre-baby weight. Nicole is excited to be a part of the Prime Cycle team and to help clients get in shape and achieve their fitness goals. She has certifications from Schwinn and Mad Dogg Spinning. When Nicole isn't cycling, she is spending time with her son, Michael and daughter, Ella.
As an athlete and physical education teacher, Kelly has always had a love for fitness & helping others find that same passion. She loves seeing her riders sweat and feel the music, which takes the workout to another level. When you love the music, you love your ride. You can expect a heart-pumping beat, house & hip-hop, and as always... heavy leg tracks!
Karlene Antoine is a multifaceted fitness instructor and personal trainer. She's Crossfit, Kettlebell, TRX and Indoor/Power cycling certified and spent three years studying MMA and Boxing. Her passion for helping others has kept her happy in the fitness/wellness field for more than 10 years. Progress not perfection is the motto she lives by. Her previous acting experience brings a highly entertaining, fun-filled yet challenging adventure to each ride. So book your bike, set your goals and smash them with Karlene!!!
Caitlin hails from Blairstown, NJ as a former Division 1 and Professional Basketball player. Now a highly sought after personal trainer & pilates instructor, Caitlin loves to challenge her riders to channel their inner athlete and have fun pushing past their limits. You can expect a fast-paced rhythm ride with a whole lot of sweating. She is a firm believer that the attitude you have on the bike is the attitude you take off... so show her fierce, ride strong and be unstoppable!
Somewhere in the middle of a press and a tap back, Alexandra realized teaching at PRIME CYCLE was exactly the passion she'd been looking for. She works in the fashion industry full-time in NYC and finishes her day by motivating our riders. She will make you break a sweat with her enthusiastic and sassy attitude. Alexandra believes that positive energy is contagious; come to her class to share the energy!
Born and raised on Long Island, Ashley is a Registered Nurse with passion for working out. Her ambition to become a spin instructor became a reality when she launched her spin career at Prime Cycle. Ashley uses her commitment to health and wellness to inspire riders to become the best version of themselves on and off of the bike. But don’t let her LI accent fool you, Ashley’s ride will get your heart pumping to the beat of the music as you ride through one of her energetic playlists. Ashley invites you to respect, fuel, and challenge your body to its healthiest potential.
Jaina teaches a strong, yet relaxing vinyasa flow, with a focus on connecting the breath to the movements. She thoughtfully designs sequences to balance the body through equal parts strengthening and stretching. She has an extensive background in anatomy and working with athletes, and always make each class accessible for everyone with a light-hearted atmosphere.
Raised in Hamilton, NJ and current-day Hoboken Resident, Danielle has always had a passion for fitness and living an active lifestyle. Growing up, she was heavily involved in multiple soccer leagues and loved the feeling of leading and being part of a team. Danielle found great joy and excitement in attending Prime as a rider for two years when she decided to pursue her aspirations of becoming an instructor.
