After working in the finance industry for over 6 years, Bryanna left to go back to school full-time. Afterwards, she picked up a temporary gig working at a front desk of a corporate fitness center. After taking classes regularly, she soon got her certifications in Mad Dogg Spinn and AFAA Group Fitness and is now a NASM certified personal trainer.

Sweat and Sculpt *Hybrid Class*
A 45 min. Prime Method cycling class followed by an optional 15 min. of body weight toning exercises such as planks, glute bridges and push-ups.
