Since moving to New York from Toronto in June 2013, Nabeel faced some challenges in which we all can relate. With the endless list of restaurants and bar options in NYC and working long hours, he had gone from 190 to 215 pounds. Driven by the desire to overcome mid-day tiredness, lower energy levels and offsetting daily stress from work, Nabeel started his fitness journey.
As we all normally do, Nabeel started out with what he was used to doing in the past: weight lifting. Unfortunately, he soon realized we was not in the physical shape he once was; he lacked motivation and energy to continue with this routine. When Nabeel tried Prime Cycle for the first time, he did not know what to expect. His first class was a positive one! He now cycles 3-4 times a week while supplementing his rides with weight lifting at least twice a week. Since joining us back in June he has lost an incredible 25 pounds!
With immediate results, the class environment and the help of the instructors giving him that extra boost to push himself to the next level, Nabeel keeps coming back to Prime Cycle. When on the go, using the Prime Cycle app helps him book for his favorite instructors, Julie and Dani, who motivate him to reach his top performance. Having a competitive nature, being able to track his stats for each class keeps him determined to improve.
