WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?


Prime Cycle has two locations in Hoboken, NJ - Uptown at 1025 Maxwell Lane and Downtown at 70 Hudson St.  We are easily accessible by car, train, or ferry.

WHAT DO I BRING?


Feel free to bring whatever products you bring when you go workout at other facilities. It also helps when you bring a water bottle! Forgot one? We  provide complimentary filtered water to our customers, as well as, have bottled water for sale. Our locker rooms have lockers with digital keypads where you may keep your personal items. We have individual, private bathrooms that have showers in them as well. All of our bikes have SPD clips on the pedals. Feel free to bring in your own bike shoes if you have them, or you can rent them for $2.00.

WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO WEAR?


We recommend athletic apparel that will give you the range and motion you will need to pedal a bike, and get a full body workout.

WHY AM I RENTING OR BRINGING BIKE SHOES? 


By having SPD cleats that click into the pedal when you ride, not only does it give you the most efficient workout, but it is safer.  Our instructors change your normal cycling classes into a full-body, fun, group workout, and some of the moves performed on the bike require the stability of being clipped in (when you’re off saddle).

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?


During our peak times, classes turn over in 15 minutes, so we feel its best to arrive then. Our instructors will make sure the studio is ready for the next class, you can check in with our front desk staff and make your normal adjustments on the bike.

HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR CLASSES?


Class enrollment is done online.  Once you register an account with us, you will be able to schedule your classes as specific as the actual bike you’ll be riding.  Also, by registering with us, we will be able to provide you with information about your last ride thanks to Performance iQ.  

IS THERE A CHILDCARE SERVICE?


Yes! Prime Cycle offers childcare services where you can drop off your kid(s) on site before your class. Our babysitters are state background-checked and CPR certified. Ask us about our babysitting packages next time you're in the studio, or you can purchase them online.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?


All cancellations need to be made at least 3 hours prior to the class start time. An "early cancel" (outside of the 3 hour cancellation window), will not affect your account. If the cancellation is made within the 3 hour period before the class start time, it is deemed a "late cancel", and the class will be removed from your account / you will be charged for that class. For customers with an Unlimited Ride Pass, you will be charged $15. Please cancel by using your account page on www.primecycle.com or by calling our front desk staff at (201) 795-0900.
